What kind of equipment do you use?
We use high-end professional sound systems including Denon CD players, mp3 players, and Electro-Voice speakers - all powered by a 1,600-watt amplifier. A UHF wireless microphone system and lighting is included in all packages. We also carry necessary on site back-up equipment.

How much and what kind of music do you have?
Each DJ has over 13,000 songs in his library including the most current pop/top 40 hits. We have helpful song lists so that you may customize what we play. If we don't yet have a specific request - we'll purchase it. (That's how we build our collection.)

How do you dress, and will you eat or take breaks?
We wear a tuxedo for wedding receptions. We won't eat or drink alcoholic beverages, and we won't take unnecessary breaks. The music is played continuously for the entire event.

Who chooses the music that will be played?
You may have as much control over the music selection as you wish, or you can simply leave it up to us. We'll work with you to provide the right mix for you and your guests. We also provide a "Top 200" link from this website you can use as a guide to select tunes for your special occasion.

Do you just play music?
We act as the emcee and coordinate all planned activities with the other professionals. We specialize in interacting with guests so they participate in the celebration.

How would you describe your style?
Our approach can vary from low-key to highly interactive depending on the wishes of the customer. In a nutshell - classy but fun. We put the spotlight on the guests of honor and not ourselves. As professional DJ's, we realize our job is to facilitate a memorable occasion for everyone.

Will I know which DJ will perform at my event?
Absolutely! With some other DJ companies, brides don't know which DJ will play until a week or so beforehand. Without knowing the DJ, how will you know his qualifications? Will you like his personality? At Frank Lebano & Company we exhibit the highest ethical standards by putting your DJ's name on the contract.

Are you licensed and insured, and do you belong to any organizations?
We are licensed by the state of Florida (#0205473) and carry $1,000,000 liability insurance through the Fireman's Fund. Also, we are members of the National Association of Catering Executives, the Better Business Bureau, and the American Disc Jockey Association.

Do you play at wedding ceremonies?
Yes. Our ceremony package includes music played through a standard size professional sound system complete with a wireless microphone for the officiate. We start with 1/2-hour of prelude music, we play the processionals, interlude music (if necessary), recessional, and postlude music.

How much do you charge?
Rates vary depending on date, time, and duration. Lower rates apply for Sunday through Friday events, and Saturday afternoon events that end by 4PM. Our 4-hour wedding reception rate ranges from $395-$795. The ceremony fee is $95-$195 depending on the system selected. It's best to call or request a price quote from this website. A 30% deposit is asked to reserve your DJ.
